Product Description:

This product belongs to non-ionic wax lotion, which is used in industries such as water-based varnish and coatings. It can significantly improve the surface performance of the coating, and improve the wear resistance, smoothness, anti backtack and other properties of the coating. This product has high transparency and high wear resistance, with little impact on the glossiness and transparency of the coating. It has good stability when mixed with various resin lotion, and is easy to disperse, which is convenient for application.The impact of transparency is relatively small.

3、 Usage suggestions

1. It is recommended to add this product in the later stage of coating production. If it is added during the preparation process, attention should be paid to the dispersion effect and its impact on viscosity.

2. The recommended dosage for this product is 5% -8% of the water-based coating, and the specific dosage needs to be determined by the user based on experiments. The maximum dosage can reach 10%.

3. This product can be added to water-soluble resins, water-based emulsion resins, or water-based pigment pastes.

4、 Precautions

1. Store in a sealed and cool place at a temperature of 5-30 ℃, avoiding direct sunlight and freezing.

2. The original packaging has a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature. After use, the container should be sealed. Once the container is opened, it is recommended to use it up within a short period of time.
